I used Amour Flowers to send flowers to my mom for Mother’s Day and purchased the premium arrangement option. When I went to select a delivery date, Mother’s Day was no longer available, so I accepted next-day delivery. However, they called me on Mother’s Day to ask if they could deliver the arrangement that same day after all, which I really appreciated. They also texted me photos of the arrangement upon request, so their communication and customer service were excellent. That said, the arrangement that was delivered looked very different from the one pictured online. I completely understand that floral arrangements can vary and won’t be identical to the photos, but this one wasn’t even close in style or appearance, especially considering I purchased the premium version. I could have said something when they texted me the photo of the arrangement before delivery, but based on what they were working with, I already knew I wasn’t going to receive what I had originally envisioned from the website photos. Please please do not believe the photos you see online I paid over $80 for this arrangement and this is what I got. The flowers i got look nothing like what it is in the photo. There’s a lot of filler greenery. Only one rose in the whole thing. And the purple flowers are wilting. I am extremely disappointed with my flowers. I ordered and tipped online before receiving my arrangement. This is far from $80 worth of flowers.

Amour flowers did an incredible job on my daughter's prom bouquet. We were on a tight turnaround and Adison made the most beautiful bouquet with the exact flowers my daughter was hoping for. The quality is fantastic, and the overall experience was perfect! Thank you, Adison!! You saved the day...literally. We will return often!

Online ordering was very simply. You can enter a note to the florist for a desired delivery time frame. Delivery was very good and most of all, the vase of flowers looked great and were fresh. I have used this local florist in the past and will continue so in the future.

It's been a year since my wedding and I am still in awe of how beautiful the flowers were! Mr.Pierre and staff went out of their way to make last minute adjustments, and set everything up at both our ceremony and reception venues! Could not recommend them enough!
